New Server Onboarding - page 2

Thank-you for submitting your form. Please continue with the next Steps...

Step 2:  Please scan and email your Process Server ID to:  FloridaEvictionProcessService@gmail.com

 

In the Subject line of the email, please write:  New Server Intake – ID

Step 3:  Please take a standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of white paper (blank, no lines) and, using black or blue ink, sign your name as you wish it to appear on your affidavits.  Your signature should not be longer than 3″ or taller than 1″.  Feel free to sign the blank page several times.  Our Intake Team will choose the signature that best fits the signature line.

Then, scan and email it to:  FloridaEvictionProcessService@gmail.com

Step 4:  Please download and install the PST Mobile App on your telephone.  You can find the app in both the Android and Apple stores.  The icon looks like this:

Step 5:  Please read the following statements and place a checkmark next to each one that you agree with:

I Agree:
I will maintain my certification in good standing with all jurisdictions in which I will be serving for Florida Eviction Process Service, Inc (FloridaEPS). Further, I will ensure that my Process Server Bond is always current.
I Agree:
Once I receive a new job from FloridaEPS, I will make my first attempt within 24 hours of receiving it. Then, I will either serve the document Individually, or Sub-Serve, or Post it no later than 48-hours after first receiving it (not including Sundays).
I Agree:
I will "Sync-All" on my PST Mobile App after each attempt. I understand that the office will not know about my efforts in the field if I fail to do this step.
I Agree:
Once I submit my completed serve to FloridaEPS, I authorize my signature on file to be electronically placed on the corresponding affidavit on my behalf.
