Welcome to New Server Onboarding

What to expect from FloridaEPS:

- You will only receive Eviction serves.
- We will email you the documents you need to serve.
- Weekly pay (see the details in the form below).
- Each individual serve pays a flat-fee of $25 Statewide.
- A back-office staff that is ready and eager to help you succeed!

What FloridaEPS can expect from you:

- You will maintain your server certificates and bonds in an "Active" status.
- You will utilize the PST Mobile App and "Sync-All" after each attempt.
- (How to use the PST Mobile App instructions to follow).
- From the time you receive the job from us...
- Your first attempt will not exceed 24-hours and...
- Your final attempt (serve or post) will not exceed 48-hours (not counting Sundays).
- You will wait a minimum of 6-hours between attempts.

Please complete these steps so we can get you properly loaded into the FloridaEPS system and PST:

Step 3: Upload your signature for the ROSs.
Step 4: Download and Install the PST mobile app.
Step 5: Final checklist.

ZELLE: We use Zelle to electronically pay all of our servers every week. Most major banks in the US now offer this free service. Please enter your Zelle contact information below. If you do not have a Zelle account setup, please skip this step and we will mail you a paper check to the mailing address you entered above. The pay-period runs weekly Monday-Saturday. All jobs that have been successfully completed by Saturday 11:59PM will be sent to our payroll company Sunday morning for server payment on Monday before noon (excluding bank holidays). NOTE: It is your responsibility to "Sync-All" on your PST Mobile App in order for our office to finalize your serve and get you paid on time. If you forget this step, your serve will show-up in the next pay-period.
